Escondido is a thriving city that offers visitors some of the best things to do in San Diego County. Museums

The California Center for the Arts and the Escondido Children’s Discovery Museum are both great options, providing a range of activities and exhibits for visitors of all ages. Queen Califia’s Magical Circle

If you’re looking for a truly unique experience, try visiting Queen Califia’s Magical Circle. This park in Escondido is home to the only American sculpture garden by internationally renowned French-American artist Niki de Saint Phalle. The garden features nine monumental sculptures covered with reflective colored tiles and stones. The garden also includes playful serpents, windmills, and tank houses.

Historical Sites
